Wildlife: The Common Moorhen and The Wall (Photos)
Common Moorhens (Gallinula chloropus) are usually found in marshlands and along river banks.
They only visit Okinawa, Japan for the winter months and will be heading somewhere north, shortly.
Normally, they run along the surface of the water flapping their wings during take-off.
But, this guy flapped his wings and ran up the wall.....
..........where he could be with the rest of his buddies!

I'm sure I've seen these birds over here or at least a similar species? Although this is the first time I've had the pleasure of watching SpiderBird running up a wall!
Ryan, Almost positive you've got them in Scotland. When these blasted PCs quit virus scanning, updating and have enough coffee spilt on them, I'll see if I can send you a link.
