Silly Sign: I'm More Aware of Butts When I Walk My Dog

 

There's no telling how I missed this silly sign back when I was doing them on Sundays.

The dude is aware.  That's what gets him thinking,

"THE CIGARETTE BUTTS ARE ALWAYS MORE NOTICEABLE

WHEN I'M WALKING MY DOG."

Look at that thing to the right of the cigarette butt.

Not sure, if it's an ant or, a pair of runaway sunglasses !

Sunday's Silly Sign (Photo) Jul 31, 2011 Sweaty Work

Just a little late this week with my photo for Sunday's Silly Sign because I was up in the northern area of Okinawa doing some sweaty work.

It seems like the program to educate smokers has even reached remote parts of the country where the internet is almost unheard of.

This sign was on an ashtray in the Village of Ada where I was taking photos of the Shinugu Matsuri.

Look at the size of those cigarette butts.  They probably wouldn't fit in that character's pocket so, I can see why someone might just throw them away.

On the other hand, I can see where it might be sweaty work for people who had to go around picking the darn things up.

It's just the people who don't know picking up butts is sweaty work that we need to educate.


  They're the dumb ones !
