He's on the grounds of an establishment that charges an entrance fee. Sometimes, I pay to go in because it's the right thing to do. But, if I don't have any pocket change to spare and I want to see Buddha and make sure he still has that big smile and hasn't lost any weight I have to climb the fence. So, that's what I do !
