We got law and order at our public places here in Okinawa, Japan.
For example I took this photo somewhere along the west coast of the island.
They don't want anybody running around the place with the upper half of the body naked.
So, I was wondering.
Don't you think they should make another silly sign and tell folks before they get any ideas?
Like, maybe, prohibit them from showing off their bottom halves, too !
