Photo of the Week: Always Look at the Bright Side of Things

Today it was cold, cloudy and windy in Okinawa, Japan all day long.

But, there's really no sense it letting the weather spoil your day, I figure.

So, I shot this photo coming out of a cave because the scene cheered me up.

If you always look at the bright side of things, guess what ?

You can cheer yourself up, too !

I love the contrast in this photo; the dark versus the light. Really shows the idea you were trying to capture in that there is always light at the end of the dark "rain." Lovely!

Sherry,
Thanks. It brightened up my day a little so, I thought others may enjoy it.

Love the picture! I so want to go caving one day. Then I can experience the picture in person. :)

Alison,
They have some great caves in your neck of the woods, too. I remember years ago telling my mom we were going cave exploring. Changed plans without telling her and went hitch-hiking to the big city. Man, was I in hot water when mom thought I was lost in s cave a night. Did you know state Police look for lost kids in caves at night ?
